Job summary

IVIRMA Global in Massachusetts is seeking a Surgical Center Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care throughout pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Studies level: University Education (Bachelor's Degree).
• BLS/ACLS – required.

Responsibilities

• Provides emotional support to the patient during pre-operative, operative and post-operative stages.
• Performs pre-operative and post-operative activities to coordinate patient care and surgery.
• Assists in setting up cases and transports patient as needed during operative procedures.
• Assesses and documents patient condition on transfer from PACU and communicates changes to the physician.
• Reviews discharge instructions with patient/family to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
