Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and follows protocols.
• Starts, maintains, and discontinues IV lines.
• Triages patient problems and directs to appropriate area.
• Communicates and records all laboratory results.
• Maintains thorough health care records.
• Prepares patients for procedures and assists in surgeries.
• Monitors post-operative recovery in PACU.
• Participates in staff development and continuing education.
