Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0–1 year direct MA or medical field experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and prepare examination rooms.
• Explain procedures and interview patients to obtain medical information.
• Take vital signs, weight, height, and document in medical records.
• Answer phones, handle insurance forms, and liaise with departments.
• Collect blood or other specimens and prepare for testing.
• Maintain immunization inventory and administer vaccines as qualified.
• Support quality initiatives and patient safety practices.
