Job summary

CCRM Fertility in the United States is seeking an IVF Nurse Coordinator (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care, coordinate treatment plans, manage medications, and support patients through the IVF journey. You will work closely with physicians and provide education and counseling to optimize outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years in women’s health or fertility. Hybrid work may be available after orientation, with generous benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing is required.
• Current State RN license (unrestricted) required.
• Active BLS/ACLS certification required.
• 2+ years RN experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in women’s health, fertility, OB/GYN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care in IVF through coordination, medication management, advocacy, and outcome monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians to determine treatment plans and discuss protocols and testing.
• Educate patients on IVF procedures, medications, side effects, and lifestyle factors.
• Offer emotional support and counseling throughout the IVF journey.
• Coordinate and schedule ART appointments, tests, and procedures; ensure informed consent and timelines.
• Monitor pregnancies via ultrasound and labs through the first 8–12 weeks.
