Job summary

CCRM Fertility in Chicago, IL seeks an IVF Nurse Coordinator (RN) to provide individualized nursing care through treatment coordination, medication management, patient advocacy, and outcome monitoring within the IVF journey.

You will collaborate with physicians, educate patients on procedures and testing, coordinate appointments, monitor pregnancies, and maintain EMR documentation while supporting patients emotionally.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing is required.
• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license without limitations.
• Active BCLS/ACLS certification required.
• 3+ years RN experience preferred.
• 2+ years in women’s health, fertility, OB/GYN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to fertility patients through treatment coordination, medication management, and patient advocacy.
• Coordinate and schedule ART appointments, tests, procedures, and ensure informed consent.
• Educate patients on infertility procedures, medications, and lifestyle factors affecting treatment success.
• Monitor pregnancies via ultrasonography and lab tests through early weeks.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation of medication administration and progress notes.
