Job summary
Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator II to join the Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) team, coordinating patient care through the IVF journey.
You will work with physicians on treatment planning, educate patients, and manage timelines across multiple fertility care plans. The role emphasizes patient support, communication, and an ability to navigate complex care coordination within a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at the Forest Park location
Qualifications
- Associates degree in nursing or RN diploma is required.
- Current Missouri and/or Illinois RN licensure per Compact Act.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nurse coordinator experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Coordinate patient care and enter treatment plans in EMR; arrange tests and referrals.
- Assist provider with examinations, procedures, and other direct patient care tasks.
- Lead communication between patients, families and healthcare team; provide patient education on medications and timelines.
- Onboard new coordinators and support clinical trials and EPIC training.
