The Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking an experienced Source-to-Pay Application Analyst to act as a functional/technical expert for the Ivalua platform, integrating with SAP, Dynamics AX, and IFS. You will work with IT, Procurement, and Finance to ensure stability and full integration of Ivalua within the enterprise landscape, including APIs, middleware, and data flows, while supporting

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years supporting Ivalua or another enterprise S2P platform.
• Strong understanding of S2P processes (procurement, invoicing, sourcing, contracts).
• Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, SFTP, and middleware.
• Ability to read JSON/XML/SQL and review integration logs.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Design, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations between Ivalua and ERP systems.
• Configure and optimize Ivalua modules across procurement, invoicing, sourcing, and contracts.
• Diagnose and resolve defects, data discrepancies, and integration failures.
• Co-lead unit testing, regression testing, and UAT cycles for new features and upgrades.
• Coordinate with Ivalua support and partners to prioritize enhancements and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT to document requirements and support processes.
• Provide Tier 2/3 user support and guidance on best practices.
• Maintain security and access controls across the S2P platform.
