Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking an Application Analyst to be the functional–technical expert for the Ivalua Source to Pay platform. You will integrate with ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics AX, IFS) and work on APIs, middleware, and data transformations to ensure a stable, scalable enterprise landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years supporting Ivalua or another enterprise S2P platform (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa).
• Source to Pay knowledge — processes and data structures for procurement, sourcing, invoicing, supplier management, and contracts.
• Hands-on experience building and supporting integrations using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), SFTP, and middleware like Boomi, MuleSoft, or SAP PI/PO.
• Ability to read and interpret JSON, XML, SQL, and integration logs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations between Ivalua EAIs/ETLs and ERP systems or third-party partners.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Ivalua modules across Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contracts.
• Diagnose and resolve defects, data discrepancies, and integration failures with IT and business teams.
• Co-lead unit testing, regression testing, and UAT cycles for features, patches, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with Ivalua support and partners to prioritize enhancements and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT to document functional/technical requirements.
