E-Logic is seeking an experienced IV&V Lead / Senior Analyst to support the U.S. Department of Education's IAGS.

The role leads Independent Verification and Validation activities to ensure system quality, compliance, and successful delivery across the system development lifecycle. Responsibilities include risk assessments, reviewing documentation, preparing monthly and quarterly IV&V reports, and ensuring federal standards and project requirements are met.

E-Logic is seeking an experienced IV&V Lead / Senior Analyst to support the U.S. Department of Education's Impact Aid Grant System (IAGS). This position is responsible for leading Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) activities to ensure system quality, compliance, and successful project delivery throughout the system development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IV&V activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate system performance.
• Review project documentation and technical deliverables.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly IV&V reports.
• Verify compliance with federal standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Support quality assurance and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to project leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IV&V, quality assurance, or software engineering.
• Experience supporting federal government IT projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Appian applications or cloud-based systems.
• CSQE, ISTQB, or CISA certification is a plus.
• Experience with federal grants or financial management systems.

Security Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk (MR) Background Investigation.
