Job summary

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Lead to oversee the IV&V support program for the U.S. Department of Education's Impact Aid Grant System.

You will manage contract administration, project planning, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and ensure delivery of project objectives while meeting federal standards. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT project management, PMP, and experience delivering complex federal IT projects in an Agile environment, coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience supporting federal government projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project and contract activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams and government stakeholders.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
