Job summary

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Operational Analyst to support the U.S. Department of Education's Impact Aid Grant System (IAGS).

You will analyze system performance, evaluate metrics, and support improvements that enhance program effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing operational analysis reports, monitoring performance, and presenting findings to project leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and continuous process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program analysis, performance measurement, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk (MR) Background Investigation.
