Job summary

E-logic seeks an experienced Teami ng Partner Personnel to provide IV&V support for the IAGS project under the Prime Contractor. You will ensure the system meets quality, security, performance, and compliance requirements throughout the lifecycle.

Your work spans Appian, cybersecurity, QA, infrastructure, and compliance, contributing to successful project delivery and adherence to federal standards. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential for contract deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more technical disciplines such as Appian, software testing, cybersecurity, cloud infra, QA or IV&V.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Appian, security, testing) appropriate to expertise.
• Ability to analyze technical documentation, identify risks, and propose improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV&V activities to assess system quality, identify risks, and validate compliance with requirements.
• Review system operations, software development activities, and technical documentation for alignment with standards.
• Support analyses, post-implementation reviews, and program assessments by evaluating performance and documenting findings.
• Evaluate Appian SaaS infrastructure, performance, capacity planning, DR, and configurations for reliability and scalability.
• Review security documentation and assess compliance with federal security, privacy, and information assurance requirements, including NIST and DoE policies.
• Conduct QA reviews of technical documentation, project deliverables, and release artifacts for contract compliance.
• Prepare technical reports, assessment documents, and compliance reports according to project schedules.
• Collaborate with the Prime Contractor and stakeholders to provide specialized technical expertise in assigned areas.

E-logic is seeking experienced Teaming Partner Personnel to provide specialized technical support for the Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of the Impact Aid Grant System (IAGS) supporting the U.S. Department of Education. This role provides subject matter expertise under the direction of the Prime Contractor to ensure the system meets quality, security, performance, and compliance requirements throughout the system lifecycle.

The selected candidate will support assigned technical areas, such as Appian, cybersecurity, quality assurance, infrastructure, or compliance, and contribute to the successful delivery of project objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) activities to assess system quality, identify risks, and validate compliance with project requirements.
• Review system operations, software development activities, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with industry best practices and project standards.
• Support operational analyses, post-implementation reviews, and program assessments by evaluating system performance and documenting findings.
• Evaluate Appian SaaS infrastructure, system performance, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and technical configurations to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Review security documentation and assess compliance with applicable federal security, privacy, and information assurance requirements, including NIST standards and Department of Education policies.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of technical documentation, project deliverables, and release artifacts to verify compliance with contract requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, assessment documents, compliance reports, and other contract deliverables in accordance with project schedules.
• Collaborate with the Prime Contractor and project stakeholders to provide specialized technical expertise in assigned functional areas.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in one or more technical disciplines, including Appian, software testing, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, quality assurance, compliance, or Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V).
• Relevant technical certifications appropriate to the assigned area of expertise (e.g., Appian certification, security certification, testing certification).
• Ability to analyze technical documentation, identify risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing technical reports and documentation.

Security Requirements

• U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk (MR) Background Investigation.
