IV Nutrition is seeking an IV Therapy Wellness Partner to deliver exceptional clinical IV care and educate clients on their personalized wellness journey. You will engage clients, build trust, and ensure ongoing engagement in our proactive health approach.

The role emphasizes relationship-based care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing growth toward leadership within the clinic.

Qualifications

• RN or Paramedic license must align with jurisdiction requirements.
• CPR/BLS certification is required or as applicable.
• Experience in wellness, functional medicine, or related care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical IV therapy and ensure safety and quality care.

Growth & Leadership Development

Demonstrate accountability, initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Continuously develop knowledge of wellness, nutrition, functional health, IV therapies, and services offered by IV Nutrition. Become eligible for advancement to Assistant Clinic Director based on performance, leadership readiness, clinical competency, and demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active RN or Paramedic license as required for the position and jurisdiction. Must practice within applicable licensure, certification, training, and scope-of-practice requirements.

Experience

• 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred. Experience in wellness, functional medicine, client education, hospitality, coaching, or relationship-based healthcare is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position with clinic-based schedule. 8–10 hour shifts, including some Saturdays & Sundays as needed. Clinic environment with frequent and direct client interaction. Requires active engagement with clients throughout the workday.

Compensation

• $26/hr base pay + tips (average of $2-$8/hr additional based on service)
