Job summary

IV Nutrition is hiring a Full-time & Part-time IV Infusion Technician to deliver high-quality IV therapy services while supporting daily clinic operations and client experience.

This hands-on, client-facing role performs IV treatments, maintains clinical standards, and ensures every client receives safe, efficient, and professional care. Growth path toward leadership opportunities exists as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Active RN, LPN, Paramedic, or EMT license required.
• IV Therapy Certification and CPR/BLS certifications preferred.
• 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start IVs and administer injections safely and efficiently.
• Monitor clients during treatment for comfort and safety.
• Document treatments and clinical notes accurately.
• Maintain adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow.
• Track and restock inventory; keep areas clean and organized.
• Support scheduling and clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and Assistant Director.
• Participate in training and onboarding as needed.

Job description

IV Nutrition is hiring a Full-time & Part-time IV Infusion Technician to deliver high-quality IV therapy services while supporting daily clinic operations and client experience.

This role is responsible for executing IV treatments, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring every client receives safe, efficient, and professional care.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role with a clear path to leadership. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Clinic Director, Clinic Director, or Area Director as we expand

Clinical Care & Execution

• Start IVs and administer IM injections safely and efficiently
• Monitor clients during treatment to ensure comfort and safety
• Document treatments, client responses, and clinical notes accurately
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards

Client Experience

• Create a welcoming, professional environment for all clients
• Educate clients on therapies, supplements, and wellness benefits
• Communicate clearly and build trust with clients throughout their visit
• Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Clinic Operations

• Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day
• Track, manage, and restock inventory as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
• Support scheduling and overall clinic efficiency

Team Support & Execution

• Work closely with Clinic Director and Assistant Director
• Support team goals and daily operational priorities
• Assist with training and onboarding as needed
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

Growth & Leadership Development

• Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and strong work ethic
• Participate in team meetings, training, and development
• Take ownership of responsibilities beyond basic role expectations
• Become eligible for promotion to Assistant Clinic Director after 90-day performance review

Qualifications

Compensation & Growth

• Hourly Pay: $25-30 hour + tips + commissions

Working Conditions

• Full-time and Part-time position with clinic-based schedule
• 8-10 hour shifts, including some Saturdays and Sundays as needed
• Clinic environment with direct client interaction
