Job summary

IV Nutrition is seeking an IV Therapy Wellness Partner to deliver exceptional clinical care and foster client relationships on a personalized wellness journey.

You will perform IV therapy, educate clients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a full-time clinic setting, with shifts including some Saturdays as needed. Active licensure and prior infusion experience are preferred to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN, LPN, Paramedic, or EMT license per jurisdiction.
• 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred.
• Wellness/functional medicine exposure a plus.
• Strong bedside manner and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care & Safety: provide safe IV therapy and monitor clients.
• Client Wellness Journey: support clients through personalized plans.
• Client Education: explain procedures and benefits clearly.

Growth & Leadership Development

Demonstrate accountability, initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Continuously develop knowledge of wellness, nutrition, functional health, IV therapies, and services offered by IV Nutrition. Become eligible for advancement to Assistant Clinic Director based on performance, leadership readiness, clinical competency, and demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active RN, LPN, Paramedic, or EMT license as required for the position and jurisdiction. Must practice within applicable licensure, certification, training, and scope-of-practice requirements.

Experience

• 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred. Experience in wellness, functional medicine, client education, hospitality, coaching, or relationship-based healthcare is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position with clinic-based schedule. 8–10 hour shifts, including some Saturdays as needed. Clinic environment with frequent and direct client interaction. Requires active engagement with clients throughout the workday.
