Job summary

IV Nutrition is seeking a Clinic Director in the Washington, DC area to lead a high-performing team while driving client-centric care and business growth. You will own clinic performance, nurture meaningful client relationships, and guide wellness journeys through IV therapies and memberships.

You will supervise operations, ensure clinical quality, coach staff, and align with brand standards to deliver exceptional experiences and steady revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience with leadership/management.
• Experience leading sales or membership-based teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall clinic performance including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution.
• Lead clinic operations and set culture, professionalism, and performance standards.
• Drive client relationships and wellness journey through personalized consultations and memberships.
• Coach team members on client consultations, service recommendations, rebooking, and membership conversations.
• Monitor KPIs, develop action plans, and guide continuous improvement.
• Ensure safe administration of IV therapies and compliance with clinical standards.
• Hire, train, and develop clinic staff; manage scheduling and operations.
