Job summary

PharMerica in Colorado Springs, CO is hiring a full-time Pharmacy IV Technician for a non-retail, long-term care environment. You will maintain sterile compounding room, prepare sterile and non-sterile orders, support pharmacists, and ensure USP 797 compliance while coordinating with nursing homes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician license as required by state.
• 6 months – 1 year of IV Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to operate a computer; recognize and identify medications.
• Detail oriented; goal oriented, team player, and effective oral communication.
