Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Practice nursing within the scope of licensure and act on medical orders.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to define plans of care.
• Pass medications and oversee medication administration.
• Administer IV therapy if IV-certified.
• Maintain documentation in EMR and care plans.
• Monitor resident status and ensure quality care.
• Supervise staff to ensure EverTrue standards of care.
• Report incidents following regulations.
