Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ITSM process execution and performance.
• Ensure the process is followed enterprise-wide and aligns with ITSM standards.
• Monitor metrics and provide trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate process initiatives and support status reporting and workshops.
• Support testing activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Communicate, document, train users, and maintain process knowledge.
