Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in ITSM leadership.
• Hands-on Atlassian tool administration: Jira Software, JSM, Confluence, Bitbucket.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and relevant certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement, and mature ITSM processes aligned with ITIL.
• Establish governance, KPIs, SLAs/OLAs to measure service performance.
• Drive CSI initiatives with data-driven insights and metrics.
• Act as product owner for Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Design and maintain workflows, automation, and security models.
• Lead platform standardization and cross-unit integration efforts.
• Manage upgrades, plugins, and integrations within Atlassian ecosystem.
• Translate ITSM processes into scalable Jira/JSM workflows.
• Develop self-service capabilities, service catalogs, knowledge base links.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with CI/CD, AWS/Azure, and enterprise systems.
• Mentor ITSM analysts and platform engineers; collaborate with DevOps.
• Provide executive-level reporting and dashboards on key metrics.
