Job summary

SolutionHealth in New Hampshire is seeking an IT Communications & Value Analyst to enhance transparency and data-driven decision making across IT services and initiatives.

The role consolidates data from multiple IT systems, prepares executive-ready reports and dashboards, and translates complex technical information for clinical and operational stakeholders, reporting to the Senior Manager, ITSM Process & Innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Epic certification(s) in one or more modules.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments with Epic EHR exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and data packets for leadership decisions.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple IT systems to provide timely insights.
• Translate complex technical and performance information into clear communications for diverse audiences.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT or related field

ITIL Foundation Certification

Epic certification(s)

5 years of healthcare IT experience with Epic EHR exposure

About The Job

\u003cpThe IT Communications & Value Analyst supports the transparency, communication, and value realization of Information Technology services and initiatives. This role produces clear, consistent, and actionable insights that connect IT work to organizational priorities, service performance, and measurable outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, ITSM Process & Innovation, this role functions as a centralized coordination and enablement resource for IT communications, reporting, and data-driven transparency. The Analyst supports consistent visibility into IT work, including initiatives, operational activities, and service performance, ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate information to support decision-making and alignment.\u003c/p\u003e
