Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT PMO leadership to prioritize work, ensure staff training, adherence to policies, and a healthy work environment.
• Focus on meeting project commitments within budget and scope, including communication with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects, ensuring alignment with goals and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and sponsors to define project scope, goals, and schedules.
• Coordinate training initiatives related to specific projects and oversee development phases.
• Manage resources, assign tasks, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with subject matter experts.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, tracking changes in scope, budget, and schedule.
• Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Adhere to enterprise methodologies for documentation, project management, and monitoring.
• Assess risks and assist with mitigation, plan timelines, and coordinate resources.
• Complete assigned tasks on time, on budget, and in scope, coordinating with department managers.
• Responsible for enterprise-wide projects, typically with large budgets and staff.
