Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with IT PMO leadership to prioritize work and train staff.
• Ensures projects meet commitments within budget and scope with sponsor communication.
• Leads planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects aligned with goals.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, technical teams, and sponsors to define scope, goals, and schedules.
• Coordinates training initiatives and oversees project development phases.
• Manages resources, assigns tasks, resolves conflicts, and collaborates with SMEs.
• Identifies and mitigates technical risks and tracks scope, budget, and schedule changes.
• Facilitates communication among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Provides regular status updates to management with achievements and mitigation plans.
• Adheres to enterprise methodologies for documentation and monitoring.
• Assesses risks and assists with mitigation; plans timelines and coordinates resources.
• Completes tasks on time, on budget, and in scope; coordinates with department managers.
• Responsible for enterprise-wide projects with large budgets and staff.
