Qualifications

• 2 years of full-time experience as a service technician in Telecom, Electrical Technology, or IT.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Network Administrator with ITS asset management.
• Provide equipment status reports and resolve trouble tickets for ITS operations.
• Troubleshoot ITS communication failures and repair devices.
• Test ITS equipment including Variable Message Signs, CCTV Cameras.
• Conduct routine inspections of ITS hardware.
• Investigate damage to ITS infrastructure from incidents.
• Support managers during incidents and special events.

Skills

Electronics troubleshooting and repair

Ability to perform field work in varying terrain and weather conditions

Proficiency in MS Office

Strong oral and written communication skills

Valid driver’s license

Education

Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
