Job summary

Wavetronix is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, configure, and support our core products at customer sites. You will travel to multiple locations, diagnose issues, and guide customers through hands-on installation and training, ensuring reliable operation of traffic radar systems.

You will build strong customer relationships, document processes, and share knowledge with the team as part of ongoing service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master installation and configuration of Wavetronix core products.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Previous field service experience in traffic signal/ITS cabinets.
• Technical degree or certifications in ITS/Traffic industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits and phone support.
• Manage on-site installation/configuration of products.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine solutions.
• Demonstrate and troubleshoot Wavetronix products.
• Provide technical training to groups as needed in the field or office.
• Document processes and produce trip reports with details.
