Job summary

Quarterhill Inc. is seeking an ITS Field Service Technician to install and repair Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) across the United States. The role requires rotating shifts, extensive travel, and overtime, with coverage in a Virginia territory and outdoor work on roadways.

You will train customers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide solutions-based service while maintaining on-site documentation and reporting using Quarterhill tools.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or Certificate in electronics technology or related field.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to use basic hand tools.
• Valid passport and ability to travel regionally.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; DOT medical exam bi-annual.
• DOT medical exam requirement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relations and train customers on deployed systems.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Engineering, Sales and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Provide service excellence in all customer interactions.
• Document service work in Quarterhill's ticket/reporting system.
