Job summary
Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks an Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Engineer to join our Bridgewater, NJ office. The engineer will design, plan, develop, integrate, and deliver technology within complex transportation environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil, Electrical, Computer Engineering or similar.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- 5+ years of ITS design and Systems Engineering experience.
- Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD is a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform ITS and Systems Engineering for Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) and related components.
- Perform communications design including fiber optic, telco, and wireless.
- Understand network security/design and controls systems.
- Complete site visits and evaluate existing systems.
- Develop SERF and ConOps reports and plans based on analyses.
- Attend project meetings and coordinate projects.
