Job summary

BayCoast Bank in Swansea, MA is seeking an ITM Personal Banker to deliver exceptional service via live video interactions on ITMs and support customers with transactions and financial solutions.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, while identifying opportunities to connect customers with banking products and services. Salesforce will be used to document leads and referrals, ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of sales or customer service experience in retail.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers through video technology.
• Ability to multi-task across computer systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve routine issues independently.
• Bilingual: Portuguese/Spanish a plus but not required.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility for extended hours, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional service through video interactions and respond to inquiries.
• Process customer transactions involving cash, checks, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Maintain compliance with identification and security procedures.
• Identify financial needs and recommend products/services; generate referrals.
• Document leads and opportunities in Salesforce; support relationship campaigns.
• Balance teller transactions and monitor ATM/ITM cash levels; assist with ITM operations.
• Handle CTR reporting and compliance documentation when required.
• Support branch operations and collaborate with the team to ensure service excellence.
