Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a contract Occupational Therapist to support students across multiple school sites in North Carolina. This full-time maternity-leave cover starts ASAP and runs tentatively through January 31, 2027, with travel between W.R.

Odell and Mary Frances Wall Center. You will conduct screenings, assessments, and direct OT interventions aligned to IEPs, collaborating with teachers and families to promote student participation in the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina OT license required.
• School-based OT experience with IEP development.
• Familiarity with ECATS or similar case management systems.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Itinerant experience in diverse academic environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and assessments; deliver direct OT interventions per IEPs.
• Travel between schools to provide services.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other providers.
• Complete documentation and progress reporting using ECATS.
• Support inclusive and adaptive strategies to maximize participation.
