Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with individual or small groups to reinforce learning and skills.
• Assist with enrichment activities and learning centers as directed by teacher.
• Monitor student activities and learning centers.
• Help devise strategies to reinforce learning based on individual needs.
• Assist students with equipment and instructional materials.
• Assist with lunch, snacks, physical needs, and related routines under supervision.
• Supervise students during playground periods and field trips.
• Assist with preparation of activities on an ongoing basis.
• Support the teacher for the successful operation of the program.
• Demonstrate ability to relate to and work with others; manage time effectively.
