Job summary

Berkeley County Schools is seeking an Itinerant ECCAT/Supervisory Aide/Registered Behavior Technician to support staff across multiple schools in implementing ABA practices under BCBA supervision. Qualifications

• Requires RBT certification or ability to obtain with 40 hours of training, competency, and BACB exam.
• Strong communication with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to maintain accurate data records and session notes.
• Ability to work in busy, loud school environments and lift/move up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom operations and lesson planning.
• Provide direct instruction and group work in K-2 and early childhood settings.
• Implement and train staff on ABA strategies under BCBA direction.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on behavior and skill acquisition.
• Maintain records and session notes including FBA and BIP documents.
• Respond to incidents and report to the BCBA promptly.
• Collaborate with school teams and participate in IEP meetings.
