The Howard County Public School System is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to aid students and staff by implementing Behavior Intervention Plans based on Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). This 10-month position requires supporting students in various behavioral areas and supporting school staff with training and instructional materials.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and current RBT certification, along with necessary experience working with children exhibiting various disabilities. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and is not exempt from overtime.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician Certification through the BACB.
• One year experience with children with disabilities.
• Experience with children exhibiting challenging behaviors.
