Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA therapy experience, preferably in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to the assigned RBT for 2 hours per week.
• Occasionally collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent implementation of BIPs.
• Train school staff on ABA principles and strategies as requested.
• Analyze data to monitor student progress and effectiveness of interventions.
