The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, security, compliance and product teams, as well as adherence to audit and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• ITIL Service Management Foundation certification.
• At least 3 years experience with IT infrastructure, development and operations using ITIL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Technical Operations activities and IT service management processes.
• Administer and maintain Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CI/CD, monitoring tools and related tech.
• Coordinate incident management, production troubleshooting, root cause analysis and service restoration.
