Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Facilities Technician in Ithaca, NY. This fully onsite role handles maintenance requests, preventive tasks, and apartment turnovers, ensuring safety and functionality of the property's buildings and equipment while delivering strong resident service.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a fully onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and preventive tasks.
• Prep apartments for turnovers and manage supplies.
• Document work performed with notes and materials used.
• Provide good resident relations and respond to service requests.
• Perform basic appliance, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and light electrical work.
• Complete preventive maintenance and keep work area clean.
