Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a data and item management leader to drive standardized product information, taxonomy alignment, and data governance across projects. You will oversee item creation, maintenance, mapping, and reporting, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain cadence and quality.

With 5–7 years in item management or related fields and 1–3 years of supervising teams, you will guide staff, resolve data quality issues, and ensure adherence to data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, information systems, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in item management, master data, product data administration, procurement operations, or related function.
• 1–3 years of experience leading work activities, coordinating team workload, or supervising team members.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day item management execution to support standardized product information, taxonomy alignment, and data governance.
• Oversees item creation, maintenance, mapping activities, and reporting to support consistency across internal entities and systems.
• Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to align priorities, resolve data risks, and maintain operational cadence.
• Manages team capacity, assigns work, and supports development of team members to deliver timely, accurate outputs.
