Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced Item Management Lead to oversee the creation, maintenance, mapping, and reporting of standardized product information. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to align priorities, resolve data risks, and maintain cadence across projects.

The role focuses on governance of taxonomy, field completeness, and lifecycle data, with responsibilities for team performance, coaching, and delivering accurate outputs at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of item management, master data, product data administration, procurement operations, or a related function required.
• 1-3 years of experience leading work activities, coordinating team workload, or supervising team members required.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day item management execution to support standardized product information, taxonomy alignment, and data governance.
• Oversees item creation, maintenance, mapping activities, and reporting to support consistency across internal entities and systems.
• Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to align priorities, resolve data risks, and maintain operational cadence.
• Manages team capacity, assigns work, and supports development of team members to deliver timely, accurate outputs.
