Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is hiring a Sr. Export Compliance Officer to advise our global ISC operations on EAR/ITAR compliance and export controls. The role supports strategic initiatives and ensures adherence to U.S. export regulations, reporting to the Manager of Export Compliance in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities include licensing, exemptions, post-approval strategy, audits, and training across business units. Requires 2+ years in export compliance with ITAR/EAR and a related degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of export compliance or related experience.
• Experience with ITAR and EAR; familiarity with OFAC helpful.
• Degree in engineering, international trade, business, or law.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage export licenses and authorizations.
• Evaluate license exceptions for export transactions.
• Coordinate end-to-end export authorization for development programs.
• Support post-approval strategy and provisos.
• Review SAP-GTS shipments against authorizations.
• Conduct export compliance reviews across functions.
• Assist with audits, investigations, and disclosures.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders for compliance.
• Deliver export compliance training to groups.
• Maintain records for regulatory reporting.
