Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing a book of business and converting opportunities.
• Proficient quantitative skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, partnerships, and operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization.
• CRM proficiency, especially Salesforce.
• English and Italian required; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and expand partner relationships within your territory and surpass quarterly targets.
• Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners to foster strong, lasting partnerships.
• Educate clients on product updates and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with product, communications, policy, legal, tax and support teams for long-term success.
• Travel regularly to assigned territory, typically every 4–6 weeks.
