Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Market Manager based in Milan to drive the growth and health of our hotel supply across Italy. You will manage relationships with hotels, optimize setups, discounts, and availability, and collaborate with product, policy, and sales teams to expand Airbnb's regional presence.

You will lead strategic and tactical efforts, using data to pursue growth opportunities, while aligning with local market trends and ensuring excellent support for hosts.

Qualifications

• Experience in new sales and managing partner relationships.

• Cross-functional collaboration across product, policy, legal, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and expand partner relationships within your territory to exceed quarterly targets.
• Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews to foster enduring partnerships.
• Educate clients on product updates and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Manage portfolio of hotels in Italy with varied property types.
• Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources efficiently.
• Develop and implement unique engagement projects to drive territory growth.
• Collaborate with product, communications, policy, legal, tax and support teams.
• Develop knowledge of Italian market trends for internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand technical aspects of software partnerships to support hosts and guests.
