Job summary

Eataly’s bustling marketplaces host QSR counters where a Specialist supports daily operations, hospitality, and display set-ups. You’ll help with FIFO, inventory, and guest service across counters, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to quality and safety standards.

The role reports to the QSR General Manager and involves mentoring team members, documenting issues, and performing related duties as needed. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate has 1+ year of lead or supervisory experience in food service.
• Strong math skills and ability to handle money accurately.
• We welcome knowledge of coffee and Italian cuisine/beverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide service across all QSR counters with hospitality excellence.
• (Assist with setup, display replenishment, and FIFO adherence).
• Manage transactions and ensure accurate accounting.
• Support and mentor team members and assist with inventories.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Document, investigate and escalate guest incidents.
• Assist with administrative duties as needed.
