Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group in Greece is seeking an Italian Customer Support Agent to handle inquiries related to courier and delivery services. You will serve as the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients across the logistics and delivery network, providing timely, empathetic assistance by phone, email, and live chat.

You will monitor shipment statuses, coordinate with international courier teams, log interactions, and help meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Experience in customer service or logistics environments is valued.
• EU work authorization or passport is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding logistics and delivery inquiries.
• Monitor shipment statuses to ensure timely delivery within the logistics sector.
• Coordinate with international courier teams to resolve shipping issues.
• Provide professional, empathetic communication via phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain logs of client interactions and shipment data in internal systems.
• Identify recurring issues to improve logistics processes.
• Ensure SLAs are met with world-class service for the Italian market.
