You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and live chat, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records in internal systems. The role emphasizes customer-focused problem-solving and collaboration within an international team.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English to collaborate with international team.
• Valid EU passport or a legal permit to work in the EU.
• Previous experience in customer service or logistics is valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Customer-centric mindset and commitment to excellent interactions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding logistics and delivery inquiries.
• Monitor and troubleshoot shipment statuses to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with international courier teams to resolve shipping or dispatch issues.
• Provide professional, empathetic communication via phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain logs of client interactions and shipment data in internal systems.
• Identify recurring issues to help improve logistics processes.
• Ensure SLAs are met and deliver world-class support for the Italian market.
