Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes and execute dishes to high standards.
• Must work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Food safety certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards for all dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including prep stations and work areas.
• Assist with inventory management and food storage, ensuring items are fresh and well-stocked.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to complete orders efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth service.
• Support other kitchen tasks as needed, including prep work, dishwashing, or food prep for special events.
