MGM Resorts International is seeking a skilled Master Cook for Carbone in Las Vegas. You will bring your Italian culinary expertise and passion for excellence to a high-energy, world-class kitchen, preparing exceptional dishes and ensuring top quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of prior relevant culinary experience.
• Familiarity with Italian cuisine is a strong plus.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Follow methods of food preparation, cooking, and garnishing as prescribed by the Chef.
• Set-up workstation based on pars and operate a specific station.
• Evaluate cooked food for quality and appearance by taste and smell.
• Ensure proper holding temperatures using thermometers and maintain safety standards.
• Complete closing requirements as directed by chefs.
• Delegate tasks to other staff as instructed by chefs.
