Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting and maintain quality

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes following established methods and station procedures
• Set up workstation according to pars and station requirements
• Evaluate dishes for quality, taste, and appearance
• Handle orders and ensure accuracy in the CRM system
• Maintain safety and holding temperatures per standards
• Complete closing duties as directed
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to execute service
