Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian Speaking Player Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be the frontline for Italian-speaking players, handling live chat, email, and social interactions while resolving technical issues and safeguarding accounts.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian with a passion for Gaming & Esports, strong communication skills, and previous customer service experience. Relocation and training are provided where needed.

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Passionate interest in Gaming & Esports with familiarity in popular title(s).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with the gaming community.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar role is highly preferred.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, international office environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
