Welo Data, an onsite-focused role in the United States, seeks a Data Labeling Analyst for Italian language data. You will evaluate AI outputs, perform audits, and provide high-quality feedback to help train real-world AI systems.

This is a 100% onsite position in multiple US cities, with a pay rate of $28 per hour and full-time W2 employment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Italian and strong written communication.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior; identify patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag discrepancies with real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks and communicate insights clearly.
• Document findings clearly and concisely for stakeholders.
