Educato, a YC-backed AI exam-prep company, is seeking a results-driven leader to own the day-to-day operation of the Italian UGC program. You will identify promising Italian creators, recruit and onboard them, and ensure content goes live and campaigns run smoothly.

You\'ll collaborate with our global growth and creative teams, adapting proven formats and scripts to Italian culture, communicating clearly with creators, and driving high-impact execution.

Qualifications

• You must be deeply familiar with the Italian creator market and have strong English.
• You are organized and communicate well.
• You get things done without needing lots of direction.
• You don\'t have a 9-5 mentality and work well in a high pressure, high reward environment.
• Experience matters less than execution.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit Italian creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns.
• Review content and give fast, clear feedback.
• Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized.
