Job summary

Educato in Argentina is seeking an entry-level creator program lead to own our UGC and creator-marketing activity, recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram, manage campaigns, and turn successful content into repeatable growth.

You will work with Spanish and English, understand the local market, build a pipeline of creators, track results, and share insights with our global growth team. This is a role with meaningful ownership and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish with strong English skills.
• Understand Argentina's creator ecosystem and culture.
• Organized, proactive and able to manage several projects.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Evaluate creators for audience, content quality and brand fit.
• Negotiate rates and onboard creators.
• Manage briefs, deadlines, feedback, deliverables and payments.
• Track campaign results and identify successful content patterns.
• Share local market insights with Educato’s global growth team.
• Build a reliable pipeline of creators for the market.
